We have a team of highly trained and experienced veterinarians who are always ready to provide urgent medical attention to pets in critical conditions.
In cases of emergency, pet owners can immediately call our hotline number to inform the staff about their pet’s condition. The staff will then guide them through the necessary steps to bring their pet to the clinic as soon as possible. The clinic has an ambulance service to transport pets to the clinic safely and quickly.
Once the pet arrives at the clinic, our veterinary team will perform an initial assessment of the pet’s condition to determine the severity of the emergency. We will then administer any necessary treatment to stabilize the pet’s condition, such as oxygen therapy, IV fluids, or medication.
We are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment and facilities that enable the veterinary team to perform various emergency procedures, including surgery and critical care. We have a fully equipped surgical suite, a digital X-ray machine, and an ultrasound machine, among other medical equipment, to provide the best possible care to pets in need.
We also have a dedicated emergency ward, where pets can be monitored and treated around the clock until they are stable enough to be discharged. The ward is staffed by trained veterinary nurses who provide the highest level of care and attention to pets in their time of need.
